We're excited to offer two apprenticeship opportunities within our Claims department.


As an apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting your team with administrative tasks, helping to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll also assist in progressing lower-value cases to a timely resolution.


You'll be working alongside a supportive and experienced team who will help you develop essential business skills, including organisation, administration, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


As your confidence and capabilities grow, you'll have the chance to take on more responsibility, preparing you to apply for further roles within the business once your apprenticeship is complete.

What you will learn:

How credit Insurance works. How to apply claims examination principles during case handling and recognise the importance of an efficient claims process in delivering a positive customer experience. You will also complete a fully funded Business Administration qualification delivered by ALS training. What we are looking for

We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working as part of a team, are keen to learn new skills, and are comfortable following procedures while working efficiently.


You will be A Level qualified and IT literate (experience of using basic Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook). Some office administration experience would be desirable but is not essential because full training will be provided.


You must also meet the eligibility requirements for the Level 3 Business Administration course (a minimum of 5 GCSE passes, including Maths and English).
