Job Requirements
As an Apprentice, you'll be the one who guarantees customers feel welcomed, have everything they need and leave feeling special. You know exactly what makes people happy and will go out of your way to create feel good moments. You'll be able to spot and quickly fix problems that may affect their experience.
Apprenticeship Course Options -
Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Level 2

Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3
Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship Level 4
You'll receive day to day training in your restaurant and a blended social learning experience for your qualification. This will be delivered on a 121 basis in your workplace by one of our expert trainers every 4-6 weeks via face-to-face visits or remotely.
The apprenticeship is a structured, learner and employer focused development programme designed to create opportunities for lifelong knowledge, skills, and behaviours. You'll be assigned an Apprenticeship Mentor who will support you alongside your Manager and Assessor throughout your training and in the run up to your End Point Assessment.
They will coach you from your first day and facilitate your 20% off job training as well as support you with your practical and online assessments.
Selection Process -
Application and Interview process with franchise's Learning and Development Manager and restaurant Business Manager
Selection is based on competency showcased in your interview and during your probation prior.
Diagnostics in English and Maths to assess prior attainment

Understanding the meaning of Hospitality
Know how to exceed customer's expectations
The importance of hospitality behaviours - like our Vital Ingredients
Assessment type:
90 minute multiple-choice test
2 hour workplace observation
800-1,200 word business project - The project is designed to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your wider understanding of our business and identify and 'think through' possible improvements
40-minute professional discussion with an independent assessor
Level 2
- Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship - Minimum 13 months
Modules covered include:
Understand your role and responsibility regarding your customers
Develop your interpersonal communication and influencing skills
Grow your ability to work as part of a team and respond positively to feedback
Assessment type:
Minimum 1 hour observation in the workplace
30-45 minute apprentice showcase of work completed during apprenticeship
Maximum 1 hour professional discussion with End-point Assessor
How to complete a SWOT analysis
Understanding different customer profiles
In depth understanding of leadership styles
Assessment type:
2 hour multiple-choice test
4 hour workplace observation
2,000-5,000 word business project. The project is designed to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your wider understanding our business and identify and 'think through' possible improvements. This will include a 30 minute formal presentation and Q&A
1.5 hour professional discussion with an Independent assessor
Open to experienced Shift Leaders (12+ months experience) looking for further career progression or those who have completed the Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship - Level 3.
Modules covered include:
Leadership diversity and inclusivity
Business strategy, vision and financial management
Change management
Assessment type:
90 minute multiple-choice test

1.5 hour professional discussion with an Independent Assessor
