As an
Apprentice Mobile Maintenance Engineer
, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that helps keep important public buildings running smoothly. Every day is different - from checking heating systems to painting, plumbing or fixing a fault.
You'll:
Travel to different sites with a fully qualified engineer
Learn a broad range of practical skills - including joinery, decorating, plumbing, and basic electrical work
Build your confidence and capability through mentoring, shadowing and hands-on experience
Help create clean, safe and comfortable spaces for people to work and visit
Learn how to work safely and sustainably, with guidance every step of the way
You'll attend in-person training every three months in Worcester for 2-3 days at a time, with
travel and accommodation fully covered
. You'll also have access to online learning and a dedicated support team throughout your apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is designed for people from all walks of life - not just school leavers. Whether you're retraining, re-entering the workforce, or changing careers, you'll be warmly welcomed and fully supported. We especially encourage applications from women and others currently underrepresented in technical roles.
You'll earn a salary while gaining a nationally recognised
Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative
