Become a valuable member of Platinum by taking on the role of a full-time Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Van Mobile) .

The main purpose of the role is to provide outstanding experience maintaining and repairing the building services delivered to our distinguished clients, carry out PPM and reactive tasks on site and assist with any reasonable requests from the client and site manager, assist with log book keeping and compliance.

Working Pattern:

- Monday - Friday + Overtime Opportunities

- 40hrs per week, 7:00am-16:00pm split 8:00am - 17:00pm depending on client demands.

Daily Activities:

Planned Preventative Maintenance on Mechanical (some) and

Fabric

(some) equipment, plant, assets. Complete the appropriate paperwork (logs and reports). Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks as required. Work on a range of different contracts, buildings and client sites as requested. Supervision of visiting sub-contractors standard of work and Health and Safety. Be on a O.O.H call out Rota.

What You'll Need:

Qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical Engineering - Essential.*
X3-5 years Facilities Maintenance experience - Essential.*
Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment Including but not limited too: boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power, and lighting/emergency lighting, fabric.
