We are a market-leading retail and hospitality software business with a growing international presence, operating within the Point of Sale and payments
space.

Our solutions empower businesses in over 70,000 locations to grow and thrive.
As the AppStore PO at Epos Now, you will own the commercial delivery of our App marketplace which contains over 150+ apps built by 3rd party
developers. Our merchants use these apps to extend the capabilities of our platform helping them to better run their business.

You'll be responsible for delivering against the forecast, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will collaborate cross-
functionally, influencing the company roadmap, and championing a customer-centric approach to product development.

Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping Epos Now's position as a market leader in the retail and hospitality sectors. You'll be building on deep
relationships across a full suite of services from accounting software to food delivery to eCommerce.

You'll be encouraged to expand existing partnerships and build new ones aligning with the commercial opportunities for the business.

Priority areas:

1. Management to forecast
2. Expectation on behaviours - be the champion of embedded finance, owning the business unit (and processes), understand customers needs
(driving interviews or research into wants / needs), jump on internal issues and be visible
3. Develop your commercial relationships (1:1 with AMs and beyond)
4. Roadmap (published quarterly)
5. Business Plan - over 24 months, how will we get there? Drive the right commercial opportunities and ensure the roadmap lands
6. Deliver our goal of NPS +3

?Shape, own and lead the strategic vision for the App Marketplace across all verticals
?Drive innovation and ensure development meets market demands
?Deliver the roadmap via the build, buy or partner model, working with wider stakeholders to execute accordingly
?Stakeholder and business alignment
?Suggest new markets, products and revenue opportunities.
?Have an A.I first product methodology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
