Job Overview
We are seeking to employ a positive, friendly and enthusiastic individual in our Belfast Arcade. The post will suit candidates with great customer service skills and who can work on their initiative. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given. The job involves day shifts, evenings and weekend shifts, so candidates must be able to work these hours and be flexible in their availability for shifts.
Duties
Ensuring cash transactions and cash floats are correct at all stages of your shift. Dealing with customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times. Ensuring the business premises are clean, tidy and presentable to the public at all times. Working as part of a team and being flexible in your availability for additional shifts.
Skills
Excellent communication skills. Friendly, approachable manner with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
