Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused
Arcade Floor Walker
to join our team! You'll be the face of fun on the arcade floor - keeping the games running, the prizes stocked, and the guests smiling.Key Responsibilities:
Act as an Arcade Attendant, ensuring the arcade floor is clean, safe, and welcoming. Refill pushers and gaming machines with tokens/prizes regularly. Provide excellent customer service, helping guests with queries, machine issues, and general assistance. Monitor machines and report any technical faults to the relevant team. Support with minor machine maintenance and upkeep. Uphold health & safety standards on the arcade floor.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills. Previous experience in a similar customer service or arcade role is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Must be available for weekend, evening, and bank holiday shifts.

Expected hours: 16 - 45 per week
