40,000 - 50,000 DOE

4-day week (Mon-Thurs, 39 hours)

We're looking for a talented

Architect or Architectural Technologist

to join our team and play a key role in shaping projects from concept through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting projects across all RIBA stages. Preparing planning applications, building regulation drawings, and technical details. Attending site visits, client meetings, and carrying out measured surveys. Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Managing deadlines and juggling multiple projects. Contributing to a supportive, collaborative studio culture.
What We're Looking For

Based in or near Manchester and able to work from our Worsley studio. Qualified

Architect

or

Architectural Technologist / Technician

. 10+ years' post-qualification experience in a similar role. Strong AutoCAD skills (CAD test may be part of the process). Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. Confident in surveys, drawings, and technical accuracy. A team player with excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, professional, and eager to help grow the practice. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for client/site visits.
