The role

As demand for our ecological and natural material projects grows, we're looking for a talented, creative Architect / Designer to join our expanding team. You'll:

Work across all RIBA stages: from site visits and client meetings to design, delivery, and inspections Collaborate with engineers, makers, and builders Prepare proposals, review colleagues' work, and contribute ideas Help deliver high-quality, ecological projects on time and on budget Work across structural, interior and joinery drawings.

What we're looking for

At least two years' relevant experience (qualified or equivalent) Experience in domestic/rural design and direct client work Advanced CAD skills Good understanding of RIBA stages 0-7, CDM, and construction sequencing A detail-focused, logical thinker with sound judgement Above all: enthusiasm for ecological design and sustainable materials
