We are a specialist design and construction company with a focus on bespoke oak frame buildings and traditional craftsmanship. We work with private clients and developers to bring unique projects to life, from initial concept through to completion.

The Role


We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience producing high-quality planning drawings, designing oak frame structures, and preparing full building control packages. You'll work closely with our design and build team to ensure projects run smoothly from concept through approval stages.

Key Responsibilities:



Produce planning application drawings and documentation. Develop oak frame design concepts into technical drawings. Prepare and coordinate full building control packages. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and the wider project team. Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.

Requirements:



Qualified Architect or Architectural Technician with relevant experience. Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and building control processes. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar). Experience in timber/oak frame design highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organisational abilities.
