Part-time means 2 days of the week, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of architectural designs and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Develop 3D models and visualisations with Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max.
Support the preparation of construction documents, including schematics and detailed drawings.
Collaborate with team members on design concepts and project development.
Research materials, building regulations, and construction methods to support design decisions.
Participate in site visits to gather information and monitor project progress.
Contribute to graphic design tasks for presentations and marketing materials.
Requirements
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and Grasshopper 3D.
Familiarity with CAD standards and construction documentation processes.
Strong understanding of schematic design principles.
Attention to detail and a passion for architecture and design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Graphic design knowledge is desirable but not essential.
