PUUC Architecture are looking for an individual with the following requirements;

Has strong Revit 3D ability Photoshop experience Lumion experience Interest in conservation and listed building Architecture Willing to work from home after initial introduction Enthusiastic and team player Strong verbal and written experience essential due to nature of clients we work with Excellent report writing such as design and access statements/ heritage reports / historical reports through archives Able to measure residential properties using laser measurer and tape measure - to later draw up in Revit Hold full driving license with access to car for site visits/meetings Has good understanding of sustainable architecture Strong social media understanding so input for companies socials is kept up-to-date Hours 9-5am with 1 hour unpaid lunch 23 days holiday (including 3 to be used during Christmas shutdown) + bank holidays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Architecture / BSc (hons) Architectural Technology
- Proven experience in Architectural Design
- Proficiency in 3D animation software including Revit and Lumion.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas.

Note: Architecture experience is a plus but not required for this position.
