Role Overview

They are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join theur growing team. The ideal candidate will be Revit-proficient, with demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial detailing, and a thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and construction details using Revit. Support the design process from concept through to construction, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and planning requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to deliver projects effectively and on schedule. Contribute to design development with technical insight and problem-solving capabilities. Undertake site visits and inspections, producing reports and advising on construction methods. Collaborate with the architectural team to ensure technical excellence and design integrity are maintained throughout.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (CIAT membership is a plus). A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a UK-based architectural practice. Proficient in Revit Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, standards, and construction methods. Proven experience in residential and commercial detailing. Excellent communication, organisational, and team-working skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
