Architectural Technologist

, we specialise in delivering high-quality, technically complex environments, particularly in healthcare, laboratory, and modular construction sectors. We're expanding our technical team and looking for someone with strong Revit skills and a proactive mindset to contribute to our exciting range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit. Collaborate closely with in-house and external architects, engineers, and contractors. Coordinate technical information between design and site teams across Design & Build projects. Conduct site visits, assist with surveys, detailing, snagging, and issue resolution. Act as a technical point of contact for clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:



Degree (or equivalent) in Architectural Technology or related field. Minimum 1 years' experience in architectural or construction practice Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; BIM process experience is an advantage. Exceptional technical detailing skills and accuracy in producing working drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and organisation skills. Positive, solution-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Desirable:



Familiarity with

HTMs and HBNs

and experience in healthcare design.
