The role of the Area Chef will encompass periods of short-term cover within our kitchens across the McMullen's estate, as well as assisting the food team by supporting new site openings, identifying areas for improvement in existing businesses, and coaching the teams to improve.Why Join Us?

The Role will Require:

• Covering Head Chef / Sous Chef holidays
• Supporting businesses whilst they are recruiting for a Head Chef / Sous Chef
• Working predominantly in McMullen's premium food concepts
• All aspects of food stock control including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and control of wastage
• Training and developing the kitchen teams when improvement areas are found so that they can reach their potential
• Supporting new site openings - coaching and developing the team to deliver Macs standards
• All aspects of Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance in accordance with the law and Company policy
