What You'll Be Doing


This role is perfect if you're ready to step into the spotlight and lead a kitchen team to success. You'll:


Cook incredible seafood using the best, responsibly sourced ingredients

Mentor, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team

Manage stock and labour smartly focusing on quality and detail

Partner with our amazing front-of-house teams to create unforgettable dining experiences

Help your team grow alongside you--with a focus on support, not pressure

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
