Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, enhancing customer service, and ensuring that all team members are effectively communicating and working towards common goals. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate teams while maintaining high standards of service.

Duties

Oversee daily operations across designated locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Drive sales performance by implementing strategic initiatives and monitoring key performance indicators. Communicate regularly with team members to foster a collaborative environment and address any operational challenges. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all locations, addressing customer feedback promptly. Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans that align with organisational objectives. Prepare reports on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a retail or service-oriented environment. Strong ability to drive results through effective communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in approach to problem-solving. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
