Location:

Watford/St Albans

Salary:

28,000 - 32,000 depending on experience


Contract:

Permanent, full-time

Start date:

As soon as we find the right person


Full UK Driving License required -

as you'll be travelling across multiple sites.

where you'll support frontline teams to ensure we exceed service expectations and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.


What you'll be doing




Lead & Inspire:

Motivate, develop, and support cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.


Manage Efficiently:

Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and team performance while fostering a positive, cohesive work environment.


Ensure Service Excellence:

Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites.


Monitor Budgets & Payroll:

Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.


Build Relationships:

Be the go-to person for customers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Champion Best Practices:

Maintain cleaning plans, troubleshoot issues, and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
