We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Area Manager to oversee operations within our designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving performance, and maintaining effective communication across teams. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple locations while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of staff across multiple locations to ensure operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide support, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Facilitate effective communication between management and staff to promote a cohesive team environment.
Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
Cover cleaning if sites go down and mobiles are all out
Audits with the clients
Training new staff
Inductions and starter packs/PAT testing
Experience
Proven experience in a similar managerial role is required
Strong drive for results with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets through effective leadership.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions that positively impact operations.
Previous experience in managing teams across multiple locations is essential
Previous experience of efficient diary management
You must have the Right to Work in the UK
You must possess a clean, valid Enhanced DBS
You must have a clean, valid driving license
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Depending on experience you will receive between 26,200 and 28,200 per year plus company car, predominantly Monday - Friday, split shifts, you must be available to work for at least two weekends per month (although you will not always be required to work). You will be expected to manage your own diary to ensure you complete your contractual hours. Hours vary but will be between the hours of 6am - 9pm albeit this does depend on the site.
Monthly pay - 5th working day
