Exciting opportunity with a growing company who cover North and West Yorkshire. For this role we are looking for someone that could cover areas from Harrogate and surrounding areas.

What we are are looking for?

- An Area Supervisor / Manager Caretaking Services - we are open to people with different experience levels as we are happy to support your development.

-Driver (Company vehicle provided)

-Site Management and facilities experience.

-Happy to be hands on as needed for cover and working with your team. It is important you recognise that we expect all management to be hands on as required.

- At least some experience of management, customer relationships and general IT skills.

-Enthusiasm and sense of humour.

Betterclean provide outstanding Commercial Cleaning Services across the York, Harrogate, Leeds and surrounding areas. With a significant number of clients in Education and Healthcare and a significant number of new clients due to our ongoing commitment to quality we are now seeking an additional Area Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding and ongoing excellent delivery of service to customers. Working closely with our Operations Director you will be involved in all aspects of the business with an opportunity to develop new skills as well as demonstrate your existing expertise and capabilities. More than anything you will be responsible for ensuring the welfare of our staff and instilling our company ethos and values through everything we do. You will be given training and support throughout.

We currently have around 120 commercial customers based only in North and West Yorkshire, so you will be working closely with the Operations Director and Managing Director to help shape and drive the next stage of our growth.

This role can be flexible, and so we are open to applications from people looking at potential part time or term time only roles
