An exciting opportunity has arisen in our South East Region due to maternity cover. We are looking for an Area Development Manager to lead our Hampshire area of around 14 practices.

It's an exciting time at My Dentist and this area has led the way with new state-of-the-art practices The role is a fixed term contract (around 12-14 months) and full-time You are likely to be travelling within your area four days per week with one administration day at home The role includes a car allowance/company car and travel expenses will be covered

Your future, your role

As an Area Development Manager, you'll be:

Leading and coaching your teams to provide outstanding patient care Recruiting and developing a high-performing management team to deliver on financial targets and KPIs Working in partnership with your Clinical Development Advisor and Clinical Director to support the development and growth of the self-employed clinicians in your team Leading with effective clinician recruitment and proactively supporting the onboarding process Ensuring excellence across the practice regulatory compliance and clinical standards are in line with mydentist policies and guidance Building effective relationships with your regional support functions to drive performance in all aspects of the business

You will have:

Multi-site operational management experience with a history of growing performance and demonstrating strong leadership Strong business acumen with experience analysing data and insight to make commercial decisions
