Key Responsibilities

Maximise sales by championing availability and merchandising across your stores Lead, coach and develop in-store management teams to drive performance and nurture future talent Motivate your team to achieve KPIs and deliver consistently high standards Support your teams by getting involved across a range of tasks, leading by example Ensure every store offers customers an outstanding shopping experience Take ownership, act with initiative, and approach challenges with a solutions mindset
