Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations within a designated region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our standards of excellence are maintained across all locations. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple sites within the area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across all locations. Conduct regular site visits to assess operational effectiveness, address issues, and provide support to site managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on operational performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams. Strong supervisory skills, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with team members at all levels. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
