Job Title: Area Manager - Dental Practices (South Wales/Cardiff/ Swansea)

Location: South Wales (Cardiff-Swansea with regional travel)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee and support multiple dental practices across South Wales, with a focus on Cardiff and Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to drive operational excellence, ensure high standards of patient care, and contribute to the growth and success of our dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and support to practice managers and clinical teams across multiple sites.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximise profitability.

- Implement business strategies to improve patient experience and practice efficiency.

- Recruit, train, and develop practice staff in collaboration with HR.

- Foster a positive working culture and maintain high staff morale.

- Conduct regular practice visits to assess performance and provide hands-on support.

- Work closely with marketing teams to drive patient acquisition and retention.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Multi-Site Manager (dental/healthcare background preferred but not essential).

- Strong understanding of operations, compliance, and business management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyse financial reports and implement improvement strategies.

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across South Wales.

- A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and team development.
