The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in supervising teams to achieve operational & delivery excellence. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites meet company standards while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily operations of our highly skilled team across assigned locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and career growth.
Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all sites.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular client site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans that align with company goals.
Address any operational issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within the Property / Estate Agency industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using relevant software applications for reporting and analysis.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
