Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of site managers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the area. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development. Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, address issues, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to align objectives and drive overall business success.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership capabilities. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction at all levels of the organisation. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives. A valid driving licence is necessary, as the role involves regular site visits.
