Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations within our stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities meet operational standards, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.

Duties

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service. Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for the area, aligning with overall company vision. Prepare reports on operational performance, presenting findings and recommendations to upper management. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficient in using various software applications relevant to operational management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
