Allerton Care & Support have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join our team based in Lincoln. This role requires you to be registered with CQC.

We are looking to recruit a committed, compassionate, and experienced Manager, as an Area Manager you will be managing 3 Service managers, working with the wider Operations team, you will Manage, lead and develop the area, this includes developing a strong team of compassionate and caring individuals to deliver outstanding care and support to the people we support.

Allerton C&S NE provides a range of care and support services for adults who may have a learning disability, mental health and/or other complex care needs.

We manage 12 Supported Living services made up of 3-5 bedded properties supporting current capacity of 51 people, as well as supporting 14 people in the local community under our Domiciliary offer

We also have a Day Centre which provides opportunities for 41 people across a week. This is an identified area for growth.

We are looking for a person who can demonstrate the following:



Has experience of managing a Supported living or Domiciliary services across multiple sites and locations Has experience of working with our client group. Has empathy and is committed to delivering outstanding services. Experience of managing, leading and developing a staff team Can be a good role model, leader and coaching to your staff team. Is adaptable, flexible and conscientious with strong communication skills. Who is calm under pressure and has good operational skills. Has a good understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements.
