Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage operational teams to ensure efficient warehouse performance Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices across all areas Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies Monitor KPIs and take proactive steps to meet targets Support training and development of team members Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Manage resources effectively to meet customer expectations

Your skills & experience

Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements Knowledge of health & safety regulations IT literate with experience using warehouse management systems Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
