We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. Duties

Supervise and support site managers to ensure efficient operations across all locations. Achieve operational, sales, and customer service targets Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to align regional strategies with overall business objectives.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a multi-site environment. Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to drive performance improvements. Proficient in problem-solving with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Experience in managing budgets and understanding financial reports is advantageous.
