Description
This role is for a proactive Practice Manager who will support the Hub Practice Director in achieving the Group's objectives. By managing day-to-day operational tasks, the Practice Manager will enable the Director to focus on strategic and long-term goals. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across multiple offices and legal entities within the hub, making a meaningful impact on efficiency, productivity, and performance. This role may involve travel between offices.
- We offer flexibility for this position, which can be undertaken remotely or as a hybrid (Gloucester/ Bristol) role within the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- This role is to facilitate the integration of firms and standardise how practices are run by implementing selected software and procedures to aid efficiency and growth
- Develop and build relationship with the different business leaders
- Help with the day-to-day management of the different offices
- Review and ensure clients data are kept accurately and in an orderly manner
- Gather data on firms' processes and suggest possible improvements
- Facilitate changes directed by the Group
- Identify and address issues with business leaders & Hub Practice Director before they become impactful on the business performance.
- Dealing with firm's insurance renewal
- Monitoring and updating firm's H & S policies and requirements - electrical & other certification
- Check timesheet and ensure Timesheet is completed daily
- Oversee Area Business Support Manager
- Identify areas for improvement and present to Hub Practice Director
