: We're expanding our Door Sets sales team to meet growing demand and increasing order volumes. As an Area Sales Lead, you'll take ownership of the entire sales pipeline -- from initial enquiry to order fulfilment -- driving growth in your designated region.
You'll collaborate closely with the wider Deanta sales team, developing strong relationships with architects, contractors, and customers to maximise sales of our high-quality Pre-Hung Door Sets.
Responsibilities
Partner with Deanta Area Sales Managers within your region to grow door set sales.
Prepare and present quotations for various construction projects.
Generate and nurture new sales opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outreach.
Manage the complete sales process -- from enquiry through manufacture to delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Deliver engaging product presentations, quotes, and CPDs to prospective clients.
Handle general administrative and technical enquiries as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
GAI qualification (desirable but not essential).
Experience developing relationships with architects and contractors.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge of ironmongery and door sets (advantageous).
Proven pipeline management ability.
A great sense of humour and a team-focused attitude.
Results-driven, motivated, and commercially minded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
