Area Supervisor, Cardiff

An exciting Area Supervisor role with a salary of 30,000 and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in Cardiff and the surrounding area.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Area Supervisor with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 49 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

We have an exciting full time opportunity for an Area Supervisor to join our operational team working within Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

This is a great time for an Area Supervisor to join the team, as there are several extremely interesting projects in the pipeline and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer focused individual to join our team

Duties will include:

Leading, inspiring and developing front line operational teams

Training, development and people planning

Interacting with customers and clients at all levels

Strong observation and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety regulations

Regular site visits ensuring all sites are compliant to Company and BPA standards

Supporting the effective management of your geographical area

Weekend Duty Management responsibility

A full valid driving license is essential and ideally live in Cardiff or the surrounding area.
