We have an Area Supervisor position available working a minimum of 30 hours per week across the South of Wales. A vehicle would be provided so it would be an

essential requirement

that you have a

full, clean UK License

.

The hours of work will be varied so you must be flexible as you may be scheduled for morning, afternoon or evening periods - with the occasional weekend.

Working closely with our Operations team, it will be your responsibility to supervise our operatives at their sites of employment. Duties will include:

Taking responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of stock to each site, Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc inspections to ensure that our services meet the required standards, occasionally, act as a cover operative to ensure our services continue to be delivered during busy periods.

Full training will be provided.

Personal Qualities - Due to the nature of the role, you should possess the following qualities: a strong communicator, both verbally and written, punctual and responsive to the business's needs, the ability to manage your time effectively, ability to build relationships - you will be the face of the company which will require you to build effective relationships with our team of operatives and our customers.
