Full time | Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm | On-call weekend cover required

The role

As an Area Support Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, standards, and culture across a group of pharmacies within Central Scotland.



You will support pharmacy teams to:


Deliver consistently high standards of care and customer service Develop confident, well-trained, and engaged teams Recruit and retain the right people Achieve operational and commercial goals Embed best practice across services and processes
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach, challenge, and support pharmacy teams to be the best they can be.

Who we are looking for

You may come from a pharmacy background and be ready to step into an area role, which would be great. That said, it is not essential.

Have strong leadership and people management experience in a similar multi-site or service-led environment Learn quickly and thrive in a fast-moving business Are confident supporting, motivating, and developing teams Are organised, resilient, and comfortable making decisions
If you have extensive pharmacy experience but have not held an area role before, we would still love to hear from you.
