The Role Opportunity
Winsor Birch runs the only permanent fine art and sculpture gallery within a luxury hotel in the Northwest. Located at Carden Park--a prestigious 1,000-acre estate--we showcase exceptional pieces ranging from 500 to over 250,000 for an affluent, international clientele.
This is a distinctive commercial opportunity. You will be creating something truly innovative in the region while engaging with serious collectors, hotel guests, and art investors who appreciate quality. We are seeking someone to take full ownership of sales growth and help establish this as a sought-after gallery destination.
You'll be instrumental in establishing something genuinely special--a destination gallery that could become one of the UK's premier art and sculpture attractions.
The potential is extraordinary: visitors travelling to Carden Park specifically for the art experience, major collectors adding us to their regular circuit, corporate clients choosing us for significant acquisitions, and artists eager to exhibit in this unique setting. You'll work with museum-quality pieces in stunning surroundings whilst building relationships with fascinating people across the entire art ecosystem.

Professional Excellence
You present well, communicate effectively, and understand what luxury service means. You're equally comfortable with a hotel guest considering their first art purchase or a serious collector investing six figures.
Art Market Understanding
While we'll provide ongoing education, you should have genuine interest in art and some understanding of the market, whether through previous gallery experience, collecting, or related fields.
