We are seeking a skilled Artisan Baker to join our team at Hot Numbers Coffee. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods that align with our commitment to excellence. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality pastries, breads, and other baked goods. Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow during service hours. Assist in menu development by contributing creative ideas for new recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and baking Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Culinary training or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours

Our bakery operates from 4 AM to 2 PM, offering various shift start times at 4 AM, 4:30 AM, and 6:30 AM. Please note, there are no night shifts.
