Artistry Clinic - Part-Time Social Media Expert (London, Hybrid)
Hours:
15 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for evening posts or events.
About Us:
At Artistry Clinic, we blend precision, innovation, and artistry in our aesthetic treatments. Proudly serving London's discerning clientele, our clinic offers bespoke skincare and cosmetic services, delivered by a team of compassionate professionals. We're seeking a talented Social Media Expert to elevate our brand presence and engage our community across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Artistry Clinic's brand vision and business goals (e.g., awareness, bookings, client retention).
Create, edit, and schedule engaging content--text, images, videos, possibly even short-form reels or TikToks--for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Manage our editorial calendar and posting cadence to ensure timely, cohesive messaging across channels.
Engage actively with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews--delivering both warmth and professionalism.
Monitor performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, click-throughs, conversions, ROI) and produce weekly/monthly analytic reports with actionable insights.
Plan and optimize both organic and paid campaigns--setting budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and tracking outcomes (via platforms like Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to maintain relevance and creativity in our strategy.
Collaborate closely with the clinic's marketing, reception, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar social media management role--preferably within beauty, wellness, healthcare, or aesthetic services.
Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Proven track record in both paid and organic social campaigns, with strong demonstrable results.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent.
Content creation prowess, including writing, basic graphic design, and video editing (e.g., with Canva, Adobe, or tools for short-form video).
Outstanding organizational skills with a proven ability to manage editorial calendars and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills to reflect both the clinic's expertise and compassionate voice.
Creative thinking, adaptability, and curiosity--able to innovate content and strategy while responding to trends at a moment's notice.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field--or a compelling portfolio in lieu of formal qualifications.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or wellness sectors; knowledge of SEO/content optimization; plus strong soft skills like empathy, problem-solving, and client service.
Strict Requirements:
Must be located in or able to work onsite in London, with eligibility to work in the UK.
Please submit a portfolio or examples of past campaigns showing clear metrics (e.g., "Instagram engagement boosted by 40% through Reels strategy").
Availability to work part-time, with flexibility for occasional evenings (e.g., during big launches or events).
Sharp attention to detail; all copy must be polished, on-brand, and fact-checked (clinics are regulated environments).
Understanding of the unique sensitivities of promoting cosmetic procedures--tone must be both professional and approachable.
