Job Purpose
You'll be the operational engine behind our biggest projects - processing orders, chasing suppliers, reviewing artwork, checking samples, and keeping every job running on rails. This isn't just logistics - it's about ensuring every detail is spot-on before that branded merch lands in someone's hands.
You'll also work heavily with artwork - checking visuals, flagging errors, handling amends, and occasionally tweaking designs in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Raise and send purchase orders with clear briefs to suppliers
Review and approve artwork proofs before production (including branding position, colour, file setup)
Collaborate with the design team and suppliers to correct or adjust artwork files
Manage courier bookings and logistics for on-time delivery
Track live jobs across all categories (print, promo, garments, signage)
Check incoming stock and carry out visual quality control
Flag any issues early and manage resolutions quickly and calmly
Keep job management systems updated with real-time info
Support internal process improvement and project-based tasks
Handle last-minute challenges and tight turnarounds like a pro

- You won't flap when a delivery van's stuck in traffic
Experience in Print/Merch/Production
