Generous Annual Leave:

To Start: 31 days annually, including bank holidays (That is currently 23 days base + 8 bank holidays). Additional: Potential to increase to 36 days annually (That is 28 days base + 8 bank holidays) based on length of service. Your Role:

Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys in various residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements using TEAMS software. Collect samples, perform visual inspections, and accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of asbestos-containing materials. Complete lab paperwork accurately, including the timely posting of Bulk Samples. Deliver all asbestos services to the highest standards as set out in current and relevant HSE legislation, in line with UKAS accreditation and company procedures. Engage in personal growth to achieve full competency and certification in all consultancy areas outlined in this job description. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge with trainees, and supporting colleagues.

Requirements:

At least 12 months of experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited company P402 certification is essential; additional asbestos modules are a plus Strong understanding of asbestos-related regulations, guidelines, and best practices Effective communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members Flexibility to travel to client premises as required Clean UK driving license
