We have a wonderful opportunity to progress in the health and social care sector!

We are taking applications for an Aspiring Senior Rehab Support Worker who would like to apply now for next year's cohort onto our excellent Senior Development Programme and to gain practical experience in our outstanding residential services in either Worsbrough, Barnsley or central Rotherham . This is an in-depth course running for over 10 months which is designed to develop your interpersonal and professional skills to support you to be a more effective leader and an inspiration to others.

The ideal candidate would be kind, thrive on mentoring and supporting others and who is able to lead a team to provide exceptional support and rehabilitation.

The role would potentially suit:

A graduate with other transferable work experience; or

A person with other social care experience who is looking to develop their career

The Manager and Deputy are highly supportive, actively involved and the whole team has a sunny, creative and collaborative atmosphere. Extensive training is given and we have excellent career development opportunities in a dynamic, interesting and very rewarding sector.
The starting salary for this role is 12.60 per hour, increasing on successful completion of the Aspiring Senior Development Programme, probation and being successful in interview for the role.
