Duties
Assemble light components in line with approved work instructions and quality requirements.
Apply adhesives and sealants accurately to ensure product integrity.
Adhere to all
Health & Safety systems and procedures
at all times.
Work effectively within a
continuous improvement
environment to enhance efficiency and quality.
Undertake
training and development
as provided by the company to support ongoing skill growth.
Work
reasonable shift patterns, overtime, or flexible hours
as required by production demands.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by management in support of company objectives.
Skills
Basic computer literacy for accessing work instructions and completing production records.
Strong practical aptitude and interest in hands-on assembly work (e.g., craft, joinery, carpentry, car mechanics, plumbing, or DIY).
Ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently.
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Sound organisational and time management skills.
Minimum
Grade C in GCSE Maths and English
(or equivalent).
Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly role is desirable and will be a distinct advantage.
