Overview

We are seeking a skilled fitter for final assembly of trailers . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hydraulics and mechanical assembly.

Duties

Finish assembly of various types of trailers including low loaders , dump trailers , livestock trailers . Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any assembly issues that may arise. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during assembly.

Experience

Previous experience of hydraulics , air braking systems and lighting systems . Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Previous experience in assembly roles is highly desirable. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques within the fitting process will be advantageous.
