Veltech UK Co Ltd is a fast-growing Chinese owned leading professional TV assembly plant in Port Talbot. We are looking to expand our assembly team to continue supplying high quality televisions to the nation's largest national retailers.

We are seeking to recruit individuals to help expand our company. We are looking for skilled individuals who have manufacturing line experience, with the knowledge and expertise to assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, with our existing expert team.

Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints.

1) The role will cover all aspects of production and warehouse operations in ensuring the flow of production is maintained from start to shipment of finished goods. The operator will assist with product preparation, production assistance as required from basic assembly of and cleaning of finished products, packing, shipment preparation and inbound and outbound shipping.

2) Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.

3) Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

4) Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

5) Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

6) Wrapping products, packing, labelling.

7) Unloading goods from containers.

8) Liaising with Staff, Managers and field staff to ensure the above tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred
- Electrical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Education:

English & Maths to GCSE Grade C and above or equivalent qualification
