We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a background in cabinet making work or joinery to contribute to our production processes.
Duties
Assemble parts and components.
Use hand tools and power tools to carry out assembly tasks efficiently and safely
Inspect assembled products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring quality standards are maintained
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Assist in the packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment
Skills
Practical and hard working
Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches
Experience with power tools relevant to assembly tasks
Previous experience in assembly roles or warehouse environments is advantageous
Good organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and minimise errors
