Factory Assembly Operative
Job Description
Frenger Systems currently have Assembly Operative positions available within our established workforce. The role involves the assembly of high-end HAVC and Lighting products from in-house custom-made components.
A successful applicant would be experienced in a factory assembly environment, be a quick learner and have good communication skills.
Other relevant skills to the job role would include;
Metalwork experience
Electrical experience
Production machinery operating
Ability to read and understand written instructions and drawings
Good DIY skills
Location is Pride Park, Derby
41.5hrs working week: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm (3pm finish on Friday)
Pay is will be reviewed after the first 3 months on a skills matrix basis.
Upon review of your CV, candidates will be selected for an interview (which may include a practical test) that will be held at Frenger Systems Pride Park offices.
Successful candidates will first be given a 3-month full time Contract, at the end of the 3-month Contract, suitable candidates will be given a further Contracts on an ongoing basis until made permanent after 12 months. This process is essentially to ensure the most suitable candidates selected for permanent contracts.
