Key Responsibilities:
Work as part of a small team across all sections of the production floor.
Use hand tools and drills to assemble cabinets.
Rotate between sections to ensure multi-skilled working and cover for staff absences.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the build process.
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and support a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
Able to use hand tools and drills (essential).
Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential - full training provided.
Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, positive, and proactive approach to work.
Ability to commute to Sandy or plan relocation before starting work.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
