Assembly Operator



Role overview:





To build and test products following standard operating procedures to meet quality and time standards.



Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:




Ensure company Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policy is adhered to by yourself and others

Build and testing of product in line with instruction sheets/ standard operating procedures to meet quality and time standards.

Promoting and improving work area 5s.

Completing Quality System Transactions and Production System Transactions.

Meet on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan


Understand and comply with the Company Core Values

Engage, suggest and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects, as required

Flexible to complete other duties and up skill as required

Develop and drive your own personal development plan



Your previous experience is likely to include....



Ability to work on daily plans and tasks using numeracy and literacy skills

Ability to follow instructions

Attention to detail to maintain high levels of quality

Aspiration to learn and develop in the role

Proactive and flexible approach

Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required

Work within the Company Core Values

Good organisation and time management skills

Capable and willing to flex to any operation on the section with standard training
