You and Your Team:
We've got a great opportunity within our COO function for someone looking to build their skills and experience within Asset Administration.
As an Asset Agent, you'll play a key role in the recovery, disposal, and administration of vehicles, supporting the wider Specialist Recoveries Centre of Excellence (COE) Operations function. You'll be responsible for managing third-party recovery agents, ensuring compliance with strict SLAs, and keeping customers fully informed throughout the process.
This is a varied role, giving you exposure to supplier management, regulated processes, customer contact, and the administration of assets from termination through to final billing.
In your day-to-day role, as an Asset Agent you will:
Recovery Agent Management:
Assign and manage Recovery Agents based on geography and case requirements.
Monitor performance against SLAs, challenging where standards aren't met.
Complete account reviews, follow up on VCRs, Closing Reports, and invoices.
Approve additional fees where justified.
Arrange vehicle terminations via BCA or Recovery Agent panel.
Customer & Asset Management:
Manage correspondence relating to recovery, sale, and final billing.
Respond to customer queries and escalate complaints when required.
Administer accounts from termination to Recovery Agent appointment or legal referral.
Own HPI dashboard and cherished plate processes.
Handle administrative duties including DVLA/manufacturer communications, V5s, MOTs, keys, and service history.
What will make you stand out?
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Confident in managing third-party supplier relationships.
High PC literacy, with strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Prior experience in the vehicle finance industry is an advantage but not essential.
