We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Data Co-Ordinator to join our Operations Performance - Technical team. You will play a key role in supporting the Maximo CAFM system, managing asset data, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This position requires strong organisational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


As an Asset Data Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for collating, validating, and maintaining asset and PPM data within the Maximo CAFM system. You will troubleshoot system issues, ensure data integrity, and support contract mobilisation and demobilisation. The role involves applying best practices aligned with SFG20, CIBSE, RICS, and ISS standards, while driving continuous improvement in asset lifecycle management. You will also liaise with stakeholders, provide accurate reporting, and contribute to cost avoidance by identifying data discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities


Collate and input data into the Maximo CAFM system. Validate data and maintain accuracy through audits and quality checks. Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary
Identify and correct duplicated or erroneous data to avoid costs.
Respond to internal and external customer requests via mailbox. Utilise smoothing tools for optimal PPM output. Maintain asset, PPM, and associated system tools. Support contract mobilisation and demobilisation activities. Apply best practice standards (SFG20, CIBSE, RICS, ISS). Provide feedback on ADMT efficiency and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with health and safety rules in the office.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


Strong proficiency in asset management software/CMMS/CAFM systems (Maximo preferred) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude Experience in reporting and communicating data to clients and team members Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of SFG20, CIBSE, RICS standards (desirable)
Good problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
